You can access the Asset Library by clicking on the tree icon button in the Vectorworks interface. Insert assets directly into your Vectorworks model. There are a few ways to use the Enscape Asset Library: It’s also possible to import your own 3D models into Enscape’s Custom Asset Library. The assets are lightweight, so they do not slow down your model, but when rendered, they’re displayed as high-resolution objects. RELATED: Your Guide to Rendering with Enscape 1. Use Low-Poly, High-Res AssetsĮnscape comes with its own low-poly asset library, saving you time searching online for objects to fill your scenes. Let’s look at three simple ways to improve your rendering workflow with Enscape and Vectorworks. Architects and designers can see their models rendered at any given moment, allowing them to make faster design decisions and easily share ideas with clients. One real-rime visualization tool that works directly within Vectorworks is Enscape, a Vectorworks Platinum Partner. That’s why many architecture and design firms are bringing real-time 3D visualization into their daily design process. When you’re up against tight deadlines, project efficiency is key.

When it comes to the other flaws you see in the mentioned features (asset generator, linked models), feel free to go into a bit more detail as I can then forward that to PM too for further discussion (although I do already get what you refer to of course for the most part), and I always appreciate your Feedback and time Herbo. This blog is written by Enscape’s Gemma Da Silva, the Enscape Content team member proudly responsible for the Enscape Blog. I'm also in the process of discussing the slow thumbnail loading when the library is not acquired offline - I can see why this is an annoying part of it at the moment, so we have to see what is technically possible to reduce those loading times at least.

Grouping/sorting generated custom Assets is also on our agenda. There'll also be more color/material options to choose from when it comes to the models we provide in the Asset Library, as a first step in the direction of customizing existing Assets a bit further. I wish I could give you an ETA yet, I really do but it's not currently possible.

I'll forward your Feedback once more Herbo and discuss it internally with PM for sure, and can fully understand the frustration as well - Just to add, we're fully aware of the current state the Video Editor is in and will be overhauling it accordingly.
